The Wood Valley Homeowners Association (WVHOA) welcomes you to our beautiful neighborhood, conveniently located in North Raleigh in North Carolina. The site is maintained by the WVHOA to provide resources, information on HOA meetings & events, and to provide a platform for voluntary members of the HOA.
Welcome Home!
Membership in the Wood Valley Homeowners Association is voluntary, but all homeowners are welcome and encouraged to participate. For $54.00 per year per household, your contribution helps our Board ensure the safety of our community through proper lighting and utilities in common areas. We also fund a variety of social events throughout the year to bring our community together. We invite you connect with us on our social platforms, subscribe to our quarterly newsletter, and request to join the Wood Valley Google Group to stay up to date with all of the WVHOA’s events.
