The Wood Valley Homeowners Association

The primary purpose of the Wood Valley Homeowners' Association (HOA) is to maintain our common areas, organize social activities, and foster a supportive community for our residents. To sustain these efforts and keep Wood Valley looking its best, we rely on your annual HOA dues.

Your contributions directly support:

  • Landscaping & Maintenance: Upkeep of entranceways, flowers, and common areas (including mowing and reseeding).

  • Community Communications: Operation of our website, social media, Google Group, and quarterly newsletter.

  • Social & Club Support: Neighborhood events, plus free newsletter promotions and reduced Clubhouse rental rates for community clubs.

  • Volunteer & Neighbor Support: Coordination of community volunteer initiatives to assist neighbors in need and further improve the neighborhood.

An active HOA protects your property values and ensures Wood Valley remains a highly desirable place to live. Broad participation allows us to keep annual dues low while continuing to benefit everyone, so please help us maintain our community by submitting your annual contribution today.

Want to Get Involved?

Our board and all its activities are run by volunteers. We have plenty of opportunities to get involved with events, the newsletter, and on the Board. We would love for you to be a volunteer and help us continue to make this neighborhood the great place to live that it has been for over 40 years!
