Wood Valley Overview

  • Wood Valley Directory

Our neighborhood directory is printed bi-annually. All new residents are asked to update their information prior to the next printing of the directory by contacting Allyson Orr. Directories are hard copy only and delivered to every home in Wood Valley. No information is online for outside solicitors to use.

  • Volunteering

Our board and all its activities are run by volunteers. We have plenty of opportunities to get involved with events, the newsletter, and on the Board. We would love for you to be a volunteer and help us continue to make this neighborhood. We would love for you to be a volunteer the great place to live that it has been for over 40 years!

  • Wood Valley Swim & Racquet Club

The Wood Valley Swim and Racquet Club is located at 10316 Boxelder Dr. Although the HOA and Swim and Racquet Club are different entities, we co-sponsor some of the neighborhood events. Contact them for more information about membership and WVSRC specific events.

WVHOA Meetings

Please note that our general HOA meetings are held in January, May, and September. We encourage you to attend these meetings. Not only are they informative, but they also provide a great opportunity to meet your neighbors. We think you will find you will immediately feel welcome and as much a part of our community as families who have lived here since Wood Valley first opened in 1978.

The time, location, and agendas for our meetings can be found on our events page.

WVHOA Dues

Our voluntary annual dues are currently $45.00 per year, which is an amazing value for all our HOA provides. Expenses paid by the HOA include landscaping and maintenance of the common areas, lighting of entrances and streets, upkeep and repairs of the Wood Valley entrance signs at four locations, and the many wonderful social activities that take place throughout the year. If you haven’t yet paid, please consider supporting the work of the HOA.

You can click the link below to pay online or mail a check to The Wood Valley Homeowners Association at PO Box 90543 Raleigh, NC 27675-0543.

Again, Welcome to Wood Valley!

We look forward to seeing you at the next WVHOA event or general meeting!
